With open beta just a short time away, I know the flood gates will be released and a whole bunch of new players will be playing for the first time ever this week.

One of the interesting parts of this game is the user generated content (UGC) created by using the Foundry. To play these adventures all you need to do is complete the tutorial. Once you have done that you can bring up the Foundry list of quests by pressing the L key.

There will be a short list of quests for you to play and experience.

Clicking on the "more" button will bring up the complete listing of quests and campaigns.

You can also search for quest names and authors, give it a shot, type in "chili1179" and play my first campaign Dungeons of Dread. The first quest is a short dungeon crawl with old school pen and paper flavor and it's relatively easy. Once you are finished you are asked to give it a star rating and a short comment. Rate it, be honest with your comment and if you feel inclined, subscribe.

In my signature is the official blog, forum feedback link and promotional video I created for this adventure.

Welcome to Neverwinter!

As always, have fun!

There is a rumor floating around that I am working on a new foundry quest. It was started by me.

Thanks for the info will check it out when I get in and hit 10 today.

This type of stuff is what this game is all about, can't wait to see some great stuff down the road made by players and true D&D fans.

Well I can honestly say I wasn't expecting this much downtime for the game's launch. It's frustrating not to be able to play but also a good sign that more people are probably trying to play it than expected.

At any rate, it's a free game and a great one at that.

Hang in there, they will get it sorted.
