game freeze

After launched the game , it freezes con the neverwinter logo . In the bottom left of the screen appears the written : Material files reloaded.
Using cryptecerror , the id error is 19670101

    i got the same freeze i really wish someone could find a fix for this i tried the safe mode fix but i still freeze at the same point

    My game was doing it the other day as well. Someone suggested just letting it continue to load. Don't hit anything, just let it set there. I tried that myself and somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, it finally loaded. Been loading okay since.
