Guardian Pack.

I purchased the Guardian of Neverwinter and i do not have a clue how to get the mount or companion :P im only level 5.

    You can get your claim items in your mail int he game, or from the claim vendor in the North West area of the main hub city. The mount you're not going to be able to use until Level 20, everything else you're golden.

    I found a Postman and now have my companion.

    The claim vendor may have other stuff for you too, but make sure to check if it's account bound or character bound.

    I ended up with a very nice purple xp-booster, which I picked up when I was lvl60. It was character bound :(
