Can't play the game

I'm a Guardian. Just logged in for the first time to enjoy some Neverwinter on my days off.

I log in, it notifies me that a server is down... that's fine.

However I cannot create any character. I have 0 out of 0 character slots used. I haven't logged into since BW4. Did that shard going down prevent me from doing anything or wtf is wrong?

Arrows and Blades do not have names on them.
They are addressed, "To whom it may concern.."

    Interesting, I have 2 chars on the shard that's down, and it shows correctly that I have 1 more slot..

    Wonder where we should look for server statuses, ETAs, etc.?

    there is a notification on the launcher that they are aware of the issue and working on it just as an FYI as to the original poster I'd submit a ticket as it still tells me I have 0/4 still to use.
