Login name changes when I log out

I log into the game under my PWE login name, if I log out to swap characters and it takes me back to the login screen, my login name has changed to my old Cryptic name, which means I have to delete and re-enter my PWE login name. Any way I can change this please?

No matter what I do, it always reverts to my Cryptic login (which I have never used for NW). I've tried ticking and unticking the 'remember login' option but it doesn't help.

    Ya I was noticing this too, except in my case it just showed a string of ascii characters and numbers. Really wierd.

    Anyone else getting this issue?

    Mods> Any fix for this that you are aware of please? It's not a game breaker, just irritating.

    It would be really nice if they could implement the "Switch Character" option from the in game menu like they did with STO.

    So I just started noticing that it only happens to me when I check the "remember login" check box.

    This is just the way they "save" your account name... It does the same with me, I just type in my password, and it works fine.

    This has started happening to me aswell, makes me wonder what happened, now I see this post and assume that it was my Cryptic username.

    Mine does this, but shows up as #x#xxxxxxxxxxxx or something where the x= number. typing my password in doesnt work with that user, very odd. Only happens when i log out to switch character.

    EDIT: and only seems to happen on the first logout, once i correct it and log out of that session again its saved my details. Until i restart the game client at least.
