gateway - is that working for anyone?

When trying to use it my mobile freezez very often. And if it doesnt i can neither accept my rewards from crafting nor can i select my guy and start new crafting. Anyone else? Using android

    same here. Mine doesn't freeze but I have the same problem collecting and starting tasks.

    It works fine for me on my laptop, but on my iPad, it is very difficult to select anything. I can't collect the completed crafting item, and it takes about 10 tries to get it to correctly assign a resource. Basically, it is not usable on mobile devices right now. The same on my Galaxy S3 and Nexus 7.

    The problem (with the items) seems to be the small popup window where you either collect items or assign resources. I think the smartphone can't resolve it's location and all the buttons try to overlap each other. I've been able to get them to work for me but it takes a lot of jabbing and it looks pretty stupid with all the buttons flashing and windows switching back and forth. Very annoying.

    I tried it the other day on my Android phone and it would always get stuck loading after selecting a character. I have no problems with accessing it on a normal computer.

    It works for me on Firefox on my computer, but I can't select assets for professions on my Android phone. It seems to have a problem with apostrophes in character names, so I didn't put one in mine this time and have not had a problem.

    if they cant get it to work on mobile phones, its pretty much pointless isnt it?

    Using IE and i cant log into it at all - i enter user/pass, click login and it just sits there and mocks me!

    I got a workaround from a different thread on androids. Use Chrome and for collecting rewards tap at the very bottom in the middle. sometimes it takes you back but Ive gotten it to work pretty much all day. Annoying but it works.

    Im sure it will be sorted out but gosh its frustrating. It's just impossible to use.

    I just got it to work on my iphone 4, not sure if it was because of the update or I hadn't tried it this way before (shrug).

    I pressed very lightly on the right hand side border and I saw the button flash only once then waited a few secs and it went through.
