Starting Stats Bugged???

Ok, so as a Halfling I get +2 to Dex & Chr or Con right? so whats up with this:

I am curious when I was creating my Halfling TR, it showed the stats I rolled and had a +2 next to Dex & Chr, which I chose. So My Dex was 17(+2) and Chr was 5(+2) so I get into game and my Dex is 17 & Chr is 15? whats going on? should they not be 19 & 17 respectivly? what further confuses me is after a little while (Still Lvl 1 or 2) mys Dex is now 18 & Chr 16????? Lost.

    There is a campfire buff that gives you +1 to all stats, That is all.

    When you're making your character, the +2 attribute bonuses are automatically calculated on the screen itself. Your actual base rolls for Dex and Cha were 15 and 13. As for the +1 to your attributes, zardoz007 is right.

    So when its showing when you roll your character 17 and a +2 in corner its already added, so the roll is 15 not 17?

    That is correct.
