Trickster Sneak Atk question....

Why Sneak attack power before you ever get Stealth? seems awfully dumb.
And "Increases your run speed by 10% while stealthed"???
Ok so I get a Power/feature/skill what ever at level 4 that is usesless until I get Stealth skill (when L5+???)
and the instead of being an "ATTACK" like the titles says, its a Run buff? WTF???
Am I missing something?

    This skill selection system was haphazardly put in just before public beta because of a vocal minority who wanted it to have "meaningful choices" - something im coming to find laughable in gaming now a days. The skill system before was less "complex" & didn't lend itself to a sense of diversity... although everyone just looks for the "best" build & picks the same **** thing as everyone else anyway. So if the order at which these skills unlock don't make sense, don't worry about it - just don't pick it up until it makes sense.

    Sorry, but you don't get a choice to PICK them, they are given to you wether you want then or not. I do not think you really understand my question.

    OP is on the mark.

    You do not advance the skills with level but with Points Spent. In effect - to get to level 20 you need to put two points in everything above that level in the skills set.

    This is not a selection but rather a trained response. It gets better later, skill wise, but you still are putting points into skills that you maybe would rather not.

    I am not judging good or bad at this point, since it is all new and at higher levels may even make more sense. Just pointing out what the OP mentioned.

    I was talking about the fact that you get, at Level 4 Sneak Attack(Which is NOT an attack but a speed boost in stealth), which you have to have STEALTH to use, but you DO NOT get STEALTH until LEVEL 10.....
    There is NO CHOICE in getting this, it is automatically given to you at Level 4.
