  Same here Win 7 ie 10, and Win XP ie 8 won't go past the log in page, however i can access via iOS Safari on my iphone (however the buttons to assign a resource to a task are a nightmare, it keeps jumping back and to from the select resource screen, takes 10 - 15 attempts just to assign one resource to a task on an iphone.

  Mine is alittle different. Using 3 computer systems in 3 different networks. All getting the same issue.
  
  Issue: After logging into the gateway, the button for my character will not push. You can see it actively moving down, but the page doesn't attempt to connect at all.
  
  I installed an IP resource on the browsers to ensure that if it even attempted to go to the next page it would flicker as it attempts to retrieve the data from the server.
  
  Computer 1) Windows 7, Browsers Google Chrome 26, Firefox 13, IE8
  I can't get logged in with IE, but the other 2 browsers log in like champs. Once in the button to select the character is not working.
  
  Computer 2) Linux Fedora, Firefox 13 and Google Chrome (don't know)
  I can get logged in but it doesn't attempt to go to another page after clicking the character.
  
  Computer 3) Windows Server 2008
  I remotely connected through RDP to my work computer. It has Google Chrome (don't know) and attempted to log in. Same results.
  
  Iphone 4) iOS Safari
  Loses conection from the server after clicking the character. No loading greaon
  
  My assumption is the fact that I have a ' in my name or it is because its a rogue and its not active. The ' does represent several issues within several forms of code so that may be the issue. You may need to go into the gateway.playneverwinter.com and generate everything without the ' and then try.
  
  The gateway is a great idea but needs to be polished as this is one of the first games to offer this type of game play and for me it is one of the main reasons why I've dived so deeply into the game. It allows me to also play while at work. I hope you guys can get this to work for me as I would greatly appreciate it.

  Using Windows 8 and Firefox - I can log in OK - But I cannot access my first character - My other character works fine though.

  Alyalrak What is your first character (Class), do you have any special characters in the name?

  I can log in, but it takes 30 clicks to claim a reward, or to set a prospector to go mining. have tried on 4 different browsers.

  Can log in only with an android device (chrome) or an iphone (safari), but can't log in with IE8 on the pc.
  
  Once logged i can't choose a prospector to go mining on both the devices

  On two computers on two networks, plus my Android tablet on both networks I have confirmed the following:
  
  Using IE I cannot login at all, the page will simply not go forward when I put in my info.
  
  Using other browers I can, but I cannot select the first character in my list (Inc Dal'Olath), looks like Dalin may be on to something with the special characters in the name, but so far each of us that have seen this problem have had it in the first character slot as well.
  
  Hopefully this gets fixed soon...otherwise Gateway does not help me at all.

  dalindorkusanagi - My 1st character is a CW - Arune'na Avantale - the button 'depresses' but nothing happens
  My GWF Tyrrin Foe-Stomper works fine.

  Simple fix: copy/paste this: https://gateway.playneverwinter.com/#char(Arune'na Avantale@ACCOUNTNAME)/
  
  and replace account name with your handle... most likely alyalrak
  
  For some reason the gateway can't handle ' in names

  Win 7 - IE9. I too can get the button to press, but nothing happens. Even tried the (Char Name@account name)/. Nothing.

  It will start to load the next page with the fix you found but then it rolls right back to the error page. I just don't get it.
