Guild Bank Bugs

There are more than a few:

1. Permissions are not saving. They seem to reset every time someone else accesses the bank. People in the rank of Guild Leader are the only ones who the permissions are sticking with.


2. I have all guild ranks listed as being able to purchase a guild tab, but that also dosent appear to be working as only people in the rank of guild leader are able to unlock a repository.


3. As per the other thread, the tooltip on the repositories states 150K AD, and it is costing significantly more than that.


These are some pretty big issues, mostly costing us AD that can not currently be used for what we purchased them for. I submitted a bug report in game already but felt this was a big enough problem to warrant a post here as well.

    I think I just ran into the 2nd tab definitely costing more than the tooltip advertised (I put in a ticket as I noticed missing AD) - hopefully others see this before running into the problems you mentioned.

    Basically, I think the 2nd tab is double the cost (tab 1 = 150k, tab 2 = 300k)

    Sounds exactly right, I took out 1 mil, and had 550k left over.

    This is exactly what is happening to my guild as well. I'm the guild leader, and when I purchased Repository 1, it said 150k & took out 150k from my balance, but when I purchased Repository 2, it said 150k & took 300k out of my balance! Major bug!

    I could accept those prices just fine if they were listed as such. Those prices are bugged, need fixed (preferably refunded too) and the permissions need to be fixed as well. Not sure if anybody else is having these issues, but its getting a bit annoying, spending all these AD on the tabs and not being able to use them for the guild.

    I got a response to my ticket saying that they are working on the issue and asking me to take a screenshot of my guild repository, post it to an image sharing site, and send it as a reply to the e-mail/ticket along with my character name, handle, and guild name, so I'm going to go ahead & do that! Hopefully they will take care of this in a satisfactory manner!

    Aweseome! Hope they get it figured out.

    Keep the thread updated with what they said. Is this perhaps not a widespread issue?

    Ahhhhhh. I guess that explains why I am having trouble buying 4th tab. It says 150k, which I have more than, but it won't let me buy it.... Regarding the permissions, that needs to be addressed ASAP. Right now, my bank is basically deposit only, because I'm in fear of withdraw rules not sticking might bite me in the ***.

    +1 to this bug and it is really annoying.
    Not only is it happening to all our officers, but also the guild Leader.

    This is EXACTLY what happened to me, took a screenshot and sent it back to them, no reply so far but it's only been a day so I'll wait about a couple more before trying to submit another ticket.

    I had like 480k A.D. after buying the 1st guild bank tab and after I bought the 2nd guild bank tab, I was at like 110k... missing MUCH more than the stated 150k A.D. cost it states in the tooltip..

    I politely asked for a refund and I really hope they put this and the other changes the OP stated in a hotfix patch later this week. This is a really bad bug, another one of those 12-slot for all your characters to hold tooltip disaster all over again...

    With me and another of our guild leaders it would act like it was going to open the vault but then it wold just auto shut itself and we couldnt access it at all.

    Accessing the guild bank from the guild registrar effects me in this way that it autoshuts as soon as i open, from main bank dude its fine though..


    I also have the bug that others have with permissions not saving and changing..

    For me, trying to access guild tab purchasing from the guild creator causes it to auto close. One time, the attempt to open it crashed my client and opened the "G" guild menu in other members who were still in group with me and still in PE.

    Just to follow up; I had submitted a ticket and they responded asking for screenshots. Then they responded with the exact same message asking for the screenshots again (which were already provided) and haven't heard anything since. I also double checked the guild bank and it's still showing as 150k for the 3rd tab (which is false) so a patch hasn't been implemented yet.

    Any news on these bugs? I am mostly worried about the permissions not sticking and causing undue drama and security issues.

    Ya, the permissions need to be fixed pretty quickly. Its wreaking havoc on my guild set up.

    I received an acknowledgement message that the 150k was refunded so they're definitely working on this right now and aware of the pricing issue at least. I'm not sure what's happening with the guild permissions but hopefully they're fixed in the maintenance overnight.

    Another Bump for this issue, the Permissions are doing all kinds of crazy things. Setting/revoking one ranks permissions trying to revote the guild masters and it keeps saying that you cannot change guild master permissions. Right now most members are leveling but we need that space, and the ability to police it ASAP

    All of these bugs persist. Hopefully they will at least acknowledge that there is an issue and give us some kind of an eta for a fix.
