Neverwinter gaurdian astral diamonds

First time MMO player. Bought the Neverwinter Guardian pack. Where do I get the Astral Diamonds?

    The shining Astral Diamond icon on the top of the screen.

    Be aware that if you withdraw them all they will be stuck to that character though.
