Tower District Scrying

Anyone know where the scrying posts are in tower district?

I found one by the Cloak Tower and one in the Merchant Quarter. Can't find the third

    the first one is at the first camp at the fallen tower it's a bit up from where the quest giver is

    Where was the one by the cloak tower?

    1. Behind the fallen wizards tower at it's base.
    2. in the merchant quarter in a small alcove. You go behind a wall a little wall and there it is.
    3. on the way to the cloak tower just before the steps on the right side behind a tall post with banners. At the spot you fight just before the tower stairs.
