So I really gave a lot of thought to spending 59.99 on the game to play early. I factored in a few things and finally decided to get it. This was before I ever played the game.
After a few hours of gameplay, I am level 11 on a guardian fighter and I must say, this is one of the best MMO's thathas launched in a long time. Probably the past 5 years... The combat reminds me of Tera (Good thing because Tera is a good game also)...
The thing that really got me was a few things actually:
1.) Crafting... I loved the crafting in Star Wars: The Old Republic and BAM! We have a system very similar! AWESOME!
2.) Companions! I LOVE PETS! Now we all get pets!!!!!
3.) Foundry! So I was questing and randomly found a guy who offered PLAYER MADE quests. It then brought me to a dungeon and I was rewarded handsomely for it. It even gave me the option to TIP the quest/dungeon maker for his hard work. I love this system.
I have yet to try out PvP or official dungeons or even scratch end-game but so far, the game has been worth 59.99 for me just after seeing the game design.

9/10 A+ Great job Cryptic!
I could not agree with you more! Best MMO of 2013....so far mind you. But will always be my #1
Or you can have an idiot husband pay $60 bucks to play early then you throw his beer in a pond wait till he runs out screaming like a girl then hijack his toon

it gets a lot better level 45 now, and the dungeons are exceptional the quest chains are honestly some of the best i have ever played.
the map design's art direction lore are absolutely sensational this game has justified my 200$ hotn purchase within 2 days of playing.
the pvp and combat are also extremely fun

I'm trying really hard to see what other people are seeing in this game so far, I am having fun, but the way people are talking about this game, it's like the best mmo ever. It does have some great aspects, but it also feels like I've been transported back in time as well. I guess I can't like everything but I'm just trying to understand what people are seeing, that I'm not.
I'm glad some people are loving it though.

Play wow for 7 years and anything else will seem pretty awesome, I came over from wow and this game has reignited that spark to get out and explore and adventure again.

I'm trying to decide if I should spring for the $60 now or just wait til Tuesday (I wouldn't mind that armored horse, the dire wolf, or the masterwork weapon). I was wondering, though. Why are the only available classes Fighter, Cleric, Wizard, and Rogue? Why no Paladin, Sorcerer, Warlock, Druid, Barbarian, Ranger, etc? Does anyone know if there're any plans to introduce those soon? I've been replaying Neverwinter Nights 2 lately and I find it pretty frustrating that this game doesn't have similar options.

More classes are coming, more races too.

Do you have a link to any specifics? I'm interested in seeing what races/classes are coming up.
Also, is the only way to play a Drow to pay $200? Not that I want to play one. I just think it's pretty hysterical soaking potential Drow players $200 so they can make their Drizzt clone. :P

Take that $60 and put it aside. In time they'll offer new "packs" with content the old "packs" don't have or even better, same content for a cheaper price. Which will drive founders absolutely insane. It's happened before and it will happen again.
Beat back that impulse buy and reap the rewards later.

Replay shouldn't be a problem. The Foundry has new quests coming out all the time. You will never run out of quests.
