Guardian of Neverwinter Pack

I was trying out the game today and created a character and chose a class. Didnt like it and created a 2nd new character with different class. All this time i did not open the mail with the guardian of neverwinter items but realized only the 1st character i created (the one i didnt like) received the mail. Is there any way to let my 2nd character use the pack given i have not claimed any of the items on my 1st character yet? i just dont want to claim the items on a class i dont want to play.

    eh dont tell me only the 1st character get the item. shouldnt the character that claim the items get the items? this is bloody <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.. so i cant even try a class and automaticallly the horse and wolf and all that shizz gets bound to it? <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> up!

    In the ad, you can claim the item pack with every character in your account, minus the astral and the starter pack.

    In the pratical terms, you can claim all items to the first character only, by mail. The others receive anything.

    so i can go to founder agent and claim wolf, horse, ring, mask etc etc. except astral and starter pack? cos i saw my 2nd character didnt get the mail with the guardian pack.. thanks.

    No it is not there. My second character did NOT HAVE THE ITEMS ON THE VENDOR. This is not correct

    In my case, only the 1th character get everything.

    The 2th and 3th character have problems to claim the guardian items, from mail or with the claim npc.

    In the gateway of neverwinter you can read your own mails, and each character have your own mail box. In teory, each character have to receive the items by account unlock.

    The problem become more serious because you get the third character slot, without any guardian rewards.

    Oh bugger, I re rolled without checking my mail. Did I lose everything?
