Whirlwind of Blades?!?!

So what exactly does this do, the more enemies you hit the more power you get right, but how exactly do you get this power?! Is it a buff that lasts a couple seconds, if so where does it show it at? How much power do you get? For how long does this buff last?!

We need advanced tooltips in this game, there is too much information left out.

    You gain power per hit which increases damage/healing but i don't know the deep down numbers because that's not my bag, i leave that for the smart people.

    It doesn't show the duration or how much power is given, that's why we need advanced tooltips. There is not even a buff or anything telling you, "Hey I hit 3 mobs now I got this much power for this much long!"
