Looking forward: PALADINS!

What paladin should be added first? The Avenging or the Protecting?
I'd pick the avenging for the sole reason of the GWF isnt what I expected, besides the role of tank is well filled by the guardian fighter now. But how Cryptic would work with th Avenging Paladin class? 2H or 1H+shield?
And what is the best race to play with one on the pnp? Seems that half-elves are the most beneficial race.

    I expect to see the Protecting Paladin first, because the game needs more than one tank class. My guess is the Tab ability will be Divine Challenge to match the GF's Mark.

    I wouldn't expect that the Avenging Paladin would be too far behind. I think they'll use a 2H Mace.

    What Prunetracy said, the Protecting Paladin first.

    Edit: Unless we get the Earth Warden first (but somehow I don't see that happening), in that case we may get the Avenging Paladin first instead.

    If they did release a paladin it would or should be protection. If they are going to release another melee striker it needs to be a Barbarian..
