Yes indeed, unfortunately that link still indicates the transaction is "pending" (after about 24 hours) which wouldn't be so bad except that your hours indicate I cannot call today and both of the links to the ticket system appear broken.
I tried going to another location to open a ticket, but had no luck there either.

Same problem, please resolve this.
My transaction says COMPLETE.
The Guardian pack is grey'd out as i have already bought it.
I received an E-mail saying i could play, however it still says that I am not allowed.

That must be even more frustrating that my situation, I have yet to see the purchase transaction complete and the only email confirmation I have is from PayPal thus far. Hopefully they get this sorted quickly.
