And we have no bloody clue how we can get a replacement.
We are right next to the **** boss, but no way we can 3man him. And yet we cant find ANY way whatsoever to get new people
We found something like "request handling", that allows us to choose if we want to accept all requests, deny them, or ask each time. however no matter which selection we choose, we get told "you cannot leave the party in this queue instance". Wat?

Haven't played this game yet, but in most MMOs I've found nearly all 5-6 man instances to be easily clearable with a 2-3 man group, if not flat out soloable. Have you tried to take the boss?
Myself, during BW3 and 4, I had a really nagging problem where I would get forcibly logged out to the main login screen during dungeon runs (and skirmishes). More than once I've been kicked by the game while fighting the last boss, and had to sprint back all the way through the dungeon to find the boss dead and some irritated companions (and my loot).
They do need to add a vote kick feature and also the ability to get new members in case people rage quit or just leave for no reason. I had to 4 man the 2nd dungeon in the game as one guy decided to go AFK and then leave once the last boss was killed because even if you don't move from the start you will still get loot from the boss even from the entrance of the instance.
Personally this needs to be changed, that you have to be within range of the boss to get loot.
Are you serious? These are obvious, core features of an MMO. They have been for years. Are they really that oblivious to leave basic things like this out of the game?

owch, really? why do they even bother getting loot if they're not even playing the game? i hope i don't come across any plebs this early in the game. sorry to hear it, buddy.

That's what I told to Bioware too. Apparently macros, dual specs and LFG were too mainstream and so was success.

Just put a you need to gather your party gates to dungeons at regular choke points like for the Clock Tower boss.

There are both. Leader can kick player and if you missing a member, the game automaticly puts a player from the queue into your game. I had this problem in BW3, we kicked a guy and BAMMM... 5 seconds and we had a new member.

clock tower isn't a dungeon though, is it? Because i kinda soloed it with no issues, and assumed it was a solo instance
