Application crashes stuck in 3D edit mode

Dear devs, I recently tried out the foundry editor and had an error when lifting huge stone pillar, got ambushed and killed by a pack of feeble duergar and had to tab out. My game seems to be in perpetual backbreak mode now. It can not leave selection mode and all controls are inaccessible. Errormode reads something like "cannot...selectionmousemode" or something. Thank you for any help. Game will not start now.
