15 levels into the game and only 5 lock boxes. I bought a lot of keys hoping to get more goodies from these things. Is there any chance to increase the drop rates? I thought the rate they used to be at in STO was perfect. I'd like to see that here as well.
Thanks

Neverwinter isn't D&D, it is a MMO based on a game that uses D&D terms but isn't really D&D either. NW is fun (for that matter so is 4E), but it isn't D&D, and once you wrap your expectations around that you will be able to enjoy the game for what it offers and not worry about what it does not.
case in point.

I'd rather them not clutter up my entire bank...
Maybe I'll waste money on keys every once in a while but getting too many boxes will merely irritate me and make me not want to spend money on them.
I am happy with the drop rate I have experienced thus far.
In STO, I never buy keys. Lockboxes drop from every other monster. I delete all of them. They're more than a nuisance: they're an in-your-face cash gimmick.
In this game, they're rare enough to actually be a pleasant surprise when I see one. I might just buy keys for them.
But if they end up throwing them in my face like they did in STO, I'll probably treat NW the same way I treated STO.
I stopped playing it about a month or two ago, and never ended up getting involved in it enough to spend any money.
200 AD to vendor purchase lockboxes in town.
You say that as if that's barely any at all...
