Class least affected by latency

Going to try this game on the 30th. I don't have much knowledge about this game yet, so please excuse my ignorance.

Anyway, I'm from Asia, and at times my network latency can get really bad. I believe the combat in this game is action-based, so I'm wondering which class would suffer the least from the latency problem? Usually, the tank or healer is out of the question (missing the taunt or heal due to lag may result in the party being wiped out), is this true in this game as well? Does the other classes requires a lot of split second timing?

Thanks

IMO all melee class is considered the least affected by latency, to be specific GF & GWF is the best.
Because TR need to move behind the enemy to get the advantage.

Or you could try WTFast, it'll reduce the latency.

Uhm Guardian Fighter is actually HIGHLY affected by latency. The key to making the GF work is blocking. Blocking requires timing. Timing is all about latency. I do agree with the GWF though, and I think even the CW would do okay with some minor lag.

    This.
Me managed to get a GF to roughly level 32 during two CB weekends. (Spent the rest of the time on Clerics)

The GF has the limited guard bar, suffers from a movement penalty while guarding, and a damage nerf while guarding (Either you be shield bashing to gain guard or using the AoE stab for the decent cone AoE *which burns moar guard bar.)
Encounter/Daily abilities can't be used under guard = Less damage output

    What does this all mean?
Any decent GF will want to guard only to block the "big" hits or to use the guard at wills.

If me was feeling extremely lazy, aye me can just go through virtually all solo PvE content by hiding behind my shield.
If not, me only guard to preserve hp/prevent status effects (guard "resists" knockback/DoTs) & use the charge ability as a battle "teleport" (there's almost always a ranged mob you can charge to.)

As for the class least affected by latency? Me would say CW.
They can sit out of melee range, have pretty large AoE abilities. Usually don't do enough single target damage to take aggro from bosses/tank mobs. (Unless they purposefully & annoyingly juggle mobs out of the range of others.)
& "Battle Clerics" like myself have much more AoE aggro. (Due to AoE damage spec + "permanent" Heal aggro)

Delve loot murdered my TR, DC, & GWF. Nerf Plox:
I know that it sucks to no longer get gear to sell from the Dungeon Delve chest but it was truly overpowered.

I find a GWF to be a very poor choice for PVP from Australia. The latency makes it very hard to land the encounters in PVP. Ping is 250ms or so.

I play with a control wizard and suffer with lag quite often. The best way I have found to cope is to play with over 700 regen. This solves most of the problems but I have only ever PVE'd I have no idea if it would help in PVP.

I think latency affects all classes, just in some different ways. Messes up your timing for GF, dodges and abilities for TR, etc.

If I'm reading other threads right some abilities or triggers have been moved "server side" which has more people complaining about lag.

I play a lot of PVP in all games like this and experience pings of 250ms to the USA in each of them. I think the latency issue is the most frustrating in Neverwinter than others (and not merely because it is what I am playing now). This suggests that the design of what is client/server/predicted etc is worse than others (and no, it is not because it is trying to be more twitch gameplay).
