Anyone else who participated in the "crash the server" event on 3/23 not able to claim the hat?

    I wasn't able to claim mine either, though likely because I had to close my old account and remake with help from customer service at PWE. They said they had put in a request to have it transferred to my current account, but no dice yet. However, I am sure it will be taken care of! The hats look great, by the way! Great job, art department! :o
