Where do I get my stuff?

I got my poppers but that's all. I asked in game where do I get the panther and was told you don't. Yet everyone else is running around with a cat. What do I do?
How do I get the rest of my stuff also?
Please advise.

    i think you get it from the postal courier....also dont delete the mail until you've checked all the messages... I got two messages about HotN and deleted the first one because there were no attachments. That deleted BOTH!

    Look for the postal courier on your map. You should have a couple emails with attached giftboxes.

    Just FYI, there is a 'Founders Agent' next to the guy that you get the costume items from. There you can claim the rewards among his 3 tabs.

    Well I think I have everything except for my:

    Respec token
    Tricorn Captain's hat

    The hat it said I took out of the inventory but it disappeared. Is it a bug? No it's not on my head. :cool:

    Does anyone know if the items are given to all of your characters? I've only managed to get items on my first one.

    Some are each character while others are 1 per account. Check this out. Hope it helps :cool:

    Well I can see the hat if I switch to my "fashion items".
    Still looking for the respec token. Any help please?

    You have to finish the Knox quest before you get the rewards, by the way. I was momentarily bumped after I arrived in Neverwinter and I didn't get anything in the mail. :)
