Question about the founders pack rewards

I bought both the hero and guardian pack will we get the guardian rewards today as well or do we have to wait till 27th to get the guardian reward?

    Would you mind if they did give Guardian reward on 27 ? I say they well even if you did have both.

    no i wouldn't mind waiting 2 days for it just wanted to know if dev might have seen this post :)

    If I had to guess, I'd say we get them together too. But yes, few hours and we'll know for sure. :)

    Hi

    I had lots of questions about what happened after beta.

    this is from the tech pages faq there is a wipe and all the stuff will be refunded that was used during beta.

    I say COOL





    Q. When do I get my Neverwinter Founder's Pack stuff?


    A. Certain items will be available in the beta; however access to every feature will not be available until the game is released.

    Q. Will I lose my items when the beta is over?


    A. Any progression made in the game will be reset, however you will be able to reclaim your items once the game launches.

    Q. Can I get my stuff on Multiple Characters?


    A. Items that are "per character" can be unlocked on multiple characters. Items that are "per account" are only available once.

    Q. Where can I claim my items?


    A. Your items will be sent to you via an In-Game Mail.

    Q. What's the difference between each pack?


    A. You can see the item lists here.



    Q. I bought a Founder's Pack and didn't get my items!


    A. If you do not see your items in game, please submit a ticket and we can retrieve them for you.



    Q. I logged in and only got some of my items- where are the rest?


    A. You can see which Founder's Pack Items you will receive by checking the Neverwinter FAQ.
