If I'm not mistaken, NWO should feature it's on VoIP system. In any case I recommend finding a guild and following their VoIP standards. The guild I'm with (currently in STO but may be forming a NWO chapter as well) is using Mumble.

If you get a password error it is because you are trying a name that is in use, because we have no password. I am not afraid of trolls, and it is a 100 man server so anyone is welcome to use it for any games they wish as long as they don't bother others, we have about 15 admins so were not worried about it!

You are correct, there is in game VoiP. It is defaulted to Party but I do believe it can be set up and used for entire guilds as well.
WOW! I don't know if that lady did anything to deserve that, but I have to admit, it did make me LMAO, until the end there when the poor lady was getting all frazzled. Then I felt bad for her. If you ever want to hear a funny raid leader nerd rage... check this out.
All I can say is this regarding the trolls on Ventrillo and such. Most are amateurs that can easily be stopped with an IP ban from your host site's control panel or even within the chat program itself. But some creative people out there can be a real pain. Sometimes discretion is the better part of valor.
