Pre-purchase companions

Hey guys,

After the little change with the companion system in beta weekend 4, will the wolf and panther also be level restricted or capped out at a certain level? Thanks.

    I expect that someone will have leveled high enough to have an answer for you within 24 hours or so. :)

    As soon as someone claims one, they would be able to tell you the level cap, based on the rarity of it (guessing rank 3 for panther and at least rank 2 for wolf).

    The companions are purple, and thus have max rank 30.

    Info on pre-purchase companions is now in the guide. I'll update more information for them tomorrow when I get to test them out. Yes I paid for both. I'm broke yay poorness.

    Both are Purple quality strikers, max rank 30, and will start out at rank one. Claimable at level one. /twitch /drool Anyone else patch more than once today? /facepalm

    Thought one would at least have to get to town first to gain access to their mail or the founders agent to get their companion. Would be great to get it even that earily.

    I would have liked a quest that awarded everything, even if it's just a "talk to this dude twice" quest.
