  I seem to remember reading somewhere that you can change what armor it's on... not sure if that means you have to pay Astral Diamonds to remove it or not, though. It seems like it may be slotted into one of the Cosmetic/Fashion slots --- if it replaces an Enchantment slot in the armor, and does nothing but glow, it seems no one would use it.

  That would be nice, Hopefully not for the astral diamonds though

  So if we go by that its just another enchantment that has a visual effect with it. So it will probably be useless very soon compared to the stats other enchantments give you. Havent seen a costume item that have slots either.

  I did notice that the epic chest armour had 2 slots in it one of which was a purple enchantment slot, while the second was either a green red or yellow. So perhaps the purple slot is for the effect enchantment.
