HoTN extra items

I never got an email for the codes for the extra items I did purchase the $200 dollar pack wondering where this is

    There are no codes. When the game goes into Open Beta next week, some of the items are claimed automatically, others need to be picked up at the Founder's Merchant in Protector's Enclave - he is set up just past the place where you learn about Invocations.

    The codes for items in other Perfect World games comes in an email.

    I havent gotten an email from perfect world since i bought the pack

    For clarification im talking about the items for OTHER games like blacklight

    check your spam-folder if its in there. if not: contact support ( https://support.perfectworld.com/app/home ) to get it sorted out. they should be able to help you.

    I empty my spam periodically so it wouldnt be there and i get a problem when opening the support page when i try to submit a ticket saying it isnt redirecting properly

    Also - that email likely doesn't appear for a week or more at minimum (a common delay in these kind of offers, in case you decide to ask for a refund, etc.) Give it a week to show-up. If it's not in your inbox within 7 days, then I'd contact support.crypticstudios.com and submit a ticket under "billing" (Neverwinter isn't listed yet, so just go with Star Trek when asked to choose which game).

    Note to Mods: I posted link to Cryptic support because PWE support pages haven't worked for more than a month.
