Rock: Paper is just out of control. I roll down hill five feet and I'm smothered!
Paper: Please fix Scissors - they are WAY too sharp, they shred me to ribbons!
Scissors: OMG Rock is so freakin' brutal it's insane. One hit and I'm totally dead.
I wouldnt make to many adjustments based on beta. Even if there are players in alpha it fells like a to small group to properly adjust it.
You need to wait until players get a bit higher level and get better gear.
Some classes will own at start when players wear paper, but players get better armor that mitigates more damage, those classes will fall behind.
That is when nerfs to those classes in beta will be noticed, but then it is to late to revert.
Ive seen it happen so many times due to whining in betas and in early levels of the game. (LA in Daoc) (Berserker in AoC) (Rogues in Rift) (Assassins in Aion) (Elementalist in GW2)
The general common point is that the whining about those classes comes from the same archtype of classes, the mages or healers, classes that should die fast in melee.

Rogues should do almost 100% more damage then other classes.
Rogues can only do one thing, ST damage. They cant do anything else
GF can tank and decent AoE/St dmg
CW can CC alot both st and aoe and do good st/aoe dmg
DC can heal alot and do good aoe dmg and good aoe cc
GWF can tank decently and do good AoE damage and some ST damage
Typical trickster rogue carioca (Rio de Janeiro/ Brasil), always with the flash of a smile and a hidden dagger.
GWF does feel pretty wet noodle. Running with a rogue and watching health bars get blown apart on mobs that would take 2 health potions and a whole lot of time in the lvl 35-40 region was a bit disappointing.
I'd say the Dragon in lair of the mad dragon is def OP. I wonder if I can get him as a companion in the nightmare lockboxes haha!
Honestly though around lvl 35 I really felt the GWF lacking pretty hard, at least specd as AOE. I burned through potions at a crazy rate.

So far all the classes appear pretty in line, the gwf could use a little love. Overall the classes feel unique and usefull IMO.
Cheers!

I totally agree!
As selonw said.
