Problems using the gateway

I get logged into the gateway, but nothing happens when I click on my character. Basically all I can do is login and see my character name, but that is all I can do. Can anyone help with this issue? I am using google chrome as my browser.

I tried using IE9 as an alternative browser, but that would not even let me login or anything. All it did was bring up the login page for the gateway. When I typed in my username and password, then click login, nothing happens.

    I have another issue that is entirely different. I can not log into the Gateway at all. Every time I try to log in, I get a "Login failed, probably because the one time code was incorrect" error. I tried this on IE 10 & Chrome and get the same error. I have previously use the Gateway with no issues at that time (BWE3) and during alpha testing.

    i have almost the same issue.
    i can use the gateway for my trickster rogue but if i try to swap to my great fighter it just clicks but does not select him.

    It worked just fine for me using firefox on my desktop, but I couldn't select a resource (mercenary) using my ipad. I tried both the iOS built in browser, and chrome for ipad. Would really love to take this with me on my tablet, the gateway is actually really sweet!
