Hey guys, I was playing just fine yesterday, but I've been trying to log in today through the client and nothing happens what so ever when I click log in after typing my password in.
Don't know if anyone else has had this problem, and if there is an easier way to fix it rather than having to re-download the whole thing.

Been having the same issue since the beginning (or since I first installed Neverwinter). Clicking the login button does nothing! I have to type in my username and password and hit the [Enter] key. On the following screen, I then have to click on one of the 5 white dots (which I assume are supposed to be something else) and once again hit the [Enter] key to continue into the game.

I filed a ticket with support and received an e-mail back with the standard "try these steps"; meaning cryptic obviously doesn't have a clue in regards to what's causing this issue or how to fix it. I tried each of the steps mentioned in the e-mail, even though most of them made absolutely no sense to me (I repair computers for a living).

It looks like we are on our own on this one. So, in an attempt to narrow down the culprit causing the issue, by chance do you have Kaspersky installed on your PC? I don't believe it is that though.

I'm thinking it might be something to do with a browser related issue. I believe the launcher gains access to the patch servers via a browser (most likely IE - which I never use). I run Firefox and Google Chrome with javascript blocked so I'm not sure if that is the problem. I tried turning it on by default, but it did nothing.

Oh and one more thing, don't bother uninstalling and reinstalling...it doesn't help. I already tried :(
