189 euros and cant login..

hi.. i have bought the founder pack for 189euros on 08/04/2013. i log in the game but everytime the connection server timed out. What can i do? i saw in other topics that there are not server logins for beta test, and i have to wait 30th. Why u continue to sell beta pack if peoples cant log in the game?.. i hope i dont lose my money and i will have my "founder pack" for 30th..... can u help me plz?

    I hope this is a joke :S

    If not, the "open beta" wont open untill the 30th. If you bought Hero of the North founders pack you will get a 5 days head start (the 25th). Also if you bought one of the founder packs you will get access to the last beta weekend which is on friday (April 12-14).

    L2 read only closed beta weekend 4 till open beta on the 30th.

    12-14 april and 25th can i play? sry but my english is horrible and ther is not italian version :D

    Yes, you'll be able to play from 12th to 14th, and then you'll be able to get into the Open Beta early, on the 25th, if you have the Hero of the North pack.

    Yes, you can play this weekend and then on the 25th :)

    sorry if I was hard on you. There are just so many trolls around :)

    And characters will be deleted before 25.4.

    Permanent characters only after that. Next weekend is only for testing.

    Beta weekend 12.4.-14.4. Only testing, all you do then will be deleted. Need founder's pack to play.

    After 30.4. unlimited play for everyone, and everything you do will stay. If you have founder's pack, you get to start either on 25.4. (Hero pack) or 27.4. (Guardian pack), and everything you do stays after that.

    Was that clear enough? No play before those dates.

    Founder's packs give access to Beta Test Weekends. The 4th and final Beta Test Weekend is this weekend, April 12th, 13th and 14th.

    The game will be in Open Beta where everyone can play on April 30th.

    Hero of the North ($200) packs start 5-days early, on the 25th of April.

    Guardians of the North ($60) packs start 3-days early, on the 27th of April.

    Again, EVERYONE can play for FREE (yay!) starting on the 30th of April.

    I just want to say I can't post topic and that I almost half an hour had log in problems.

    you mean log in problems with the game or the forum?

    Both game and forum. I can't type @ to log in in game.

    you dont need the @ symbol to log in the game, simply used your PWE account name as user name. Also the game not available to all yet, and CB4 is this coming week end

    you should have received an email today regarding when the server would be open. If not, expect one soon.
