Mace / Axe is it available for Guardian and GWF ?

Mace / Axe is it available for Guardian and GWF ?

During Beta W 3 i saw only swords oh and 1 guardian fighter with Mace.

Anyone saw some axes ?

    There is an axe available in the Orc Skirmish. I had a mace from the Throne of Idris. I never saw a green quality mace or axe.

    If the skins are in game that's all you really need. You can replace the look of a weapon with another weapon. I kept the axe skin from Orc Skirmish for all my subsequent weapons, as they were all long swords.

    I'm not saying I wouldn't like to see more variation on skins though. The more character customization the better!

    In BWE 1 you could not reskin a sword to look like an axe. Even though both were 1h weapons that could be used by the GF, they did not work together when I tried to apply the axe skin.

    And it is a total shame too so I hope they change it. I'll be playing a dwarf and dwarves with swords are just silly. No offense to Thorin, but axes and maces are much more appropriate.

    I found a rogue axe doing one of the lower level quests Saturday (like level 12 weapon) The 2H Club that drops from the side boss in the Cloak Tower has been discussed before.

    i got a blue mace for my guardian (lv 30ish dungeon reward), but it didn't have the add set i was interested in so just npc'd it
    Edit: same thing with a shield too

    I actually was lucky enough to get both and Axe and a Mace for my Guardian Fighter, though I wasn't able to equip the mace as I stopped at lvl 31 and the mace was level 34, but the Axe was early on like lvl 16ish.

    Agreed. Sure and swords are good weapons, but they just aren't dwarfish. Have them (axe and mace skins) available earlier.

    Though, with their F2P game model, fully expect the better looking weapon and armor skins to cost astral diamonds.

    From level 1 to 40 i got 2 weapons that were not swords, a machete and a mace. In both case they expired a few quests later. Here is a pic of the mace of nine hells.

    Pic is too zoomed out, its hard to make out the detail of the mace. Good pic though.
