Potions

This is a dual part issue. First off, I looked down at my hotbar and I had 3 sets of potions; minor, minor(bound), and lesser potions. Ok, no big deal, except for the fact that I had already used all my bound potions, they were no longer in my inventory. My assumption was that even though it stated it was a bound potion, I was consuming the unbound and the icon plus the counter were bugged.

I finally made my way to the bank later in the evening, and deposited all of my minor potions. I proceeded to check my inventory and the only potions I had were lessers. My hotbar still showed minor and minor(bound) and I was still able to consume them, even though I had none in my inventory. The potions in the bank still retained the same quantity.

I created a help ticket in game at that time. Feel free to leave this feature in for me, I really don't mind.

The potions are placed on your "belt" slot, so they are actually removed from your inventory. You can have stacks of 99 there.

So if you place like a stack of 10 potions from your inventory to your belt slot, it will remove it from inventory and it will show 10 potions on the belt slot. Therefore its not a bug but a feature.

Same thing for the bank issue. When you put the inventory ones in the bank, the belt ones are still on you.

    Hope i could help. ^_^

Exactly. BUT when u try to place for example a stack of 10 potions to your belt slot where's already there's some of the same type for example 37, they're not added, but changed, so now there's 10 potion in your belt and 37 is gone back to inventory...
    Think that's still a bug.

They have to be the exact same type --- the bound potions are not the same as the un-bound, regular ones. That said, I THINK I recall pulling the potion out of the belt pouch into general inventory and combining them there (but I could be mis-remembering).

I know for a fact that I had some Regeneration potions in the belt pouch ---- despite getting a red system message that "That does not go there" ---- and I had no trouble dragging new potions to that belt pouch slot and it added them to the total. If you just right-click or double-click (I forget which) then it'll move the potion to the next open belt pouch. But if you had, like, 10 regular potions in the first belt slot and all the other belt slots were occupied and you tried to double-click/right-click on another stack of 20 potions in your inventory I think it MIGHT swap the 10 for the 20... instead of just putting 30 in that first belt slot. But you should be able to combine them in inventory THEN right-click/double-click to send them to the empty belt pouch slot.

Certainly wouldn't hurt to have things operate a bit more smoothly there.

I found the potions from beta 2 would not stack with potions from beta 3.

also the freebies u got did not stack with the "found/purchased" potions.

that was annoying, but hopefully just a game flaw due to the "betas"

While that is accurate, I had actually removed them from the belt pouch, into the inventory, and then placed them in the bank. After I zoned, I had the potions back in the belt pouch, as well as in my bank.
