Problem with this skill it takes to long to "activate"
Enemies are not that stupid to stand still for the long attack animation the skill has.

The followup on the problem with that skil is that i see in the executioner paragon tree that the "deadly momentun" is linked to this skill. You will never be able to get it up in PvP.

Imo it should be redone and much quicker. you shouldnt have that slow attacking skills on for a rogue that relys on speed.

I agree. I was looking forward to getting to use a DoT, but it was just too slow and I ended up switching back. Being unable to move and attack is a real bummer as a melee character.

I think it's intended to be your best damaging ability against non-moving targets. So you might take it for a boss fight, for example.

It is definitely not a pvp skill.

It's possible that one of the paragon trees will give an at-will that's more what you're looking for for pvp, though.

    Coordinate with a CW.
They have a ridiculously long force choke in PvP.

I'm sure you can set it up somehow, but in the end it's not that viable.

Well lets see here you tele to them and now your behind them you use your dazing strike now stunned you HAMSTER them and all the while your in stealth so no one sees the ****. I don't see a problem here I had no issue face rolling everyone in pvp I got it off very frequently it's all about timing and positioning we are rogues let someone tank somebody then gank them to the grave.

Silencing an drunk/ignorant/newb caster pretty much be equivalent to a stun.
