I encounter some screen flickering (brief black outages, maybe 1 in 20 frames) when setting shadows to high or medium. It especially happens around light sources like camp fires or when turning the camera around really fast. This is on an Nvidia 570 using 64-bit 314.07 drivers - I had some older 310 drivers before which had the same issue. I tried narrowing down the problem by changing several graphics settings (AA, AF, vertical sync...), reducing lightmaps, trying the DX11 beta as well as most other Troubleshooting options, without success. So far only setting Shadows to low completely fixes the issue. Please look into this, in chat some other players have reported similar issues.
I have an issue with a horizantol blur going accross screen in couple places sometime, its bad sometimes it not so bad. I took out my 650ti, put in a radeon from another computer about same graphics value. still same thing, changed monitors still same thing. I have wiped my computer recently, I have all my drivers, but this was all happening last beta weekend too. not sure what could be casuing this. I have two lesser computers and they run the game just fine.

For the screen flickering it really depends on the area you are in. For example at the campsite at Watcher's Forest (where Dasar Truebow is) the flickering is really bad. In other areas, there is no problem at all.
I get some flickering also, but I can't seem to get these stupid blur lines out. its usually in brighter areas with light greys. Its driving me nutz. Not monitor, not graphics cards, I've wiped my harddrives re installed everything, I've re downloaded game 3 times now, and I still get this blur lines going across screen sometimes. Not always just sometimes in some areas. Its driving me nutz, my other crappy computers look better. ugh....

Also got the shadow flickering on some zones, got them mostly on the graveyard zone this BW.
I too had this glitch in the Graveyard and in Helms Hold.

also had fliockering which sometimes seemed linked to lightning.. It was also black flickering..

I was getting a horizontal blur line about a 1/2 inch high while moving or panning quickly. It was there in Beta 2 also. Have GTX670.
also noticed the flickering. started on swamp island with the lizards map (name?). I thought it was supposed to be lighting at first. Didn't really notice it else where.

Also had flickering in Helms Hold. It only happened where the reddish fog transitioned from the clear areas. Once completely into a "red fog" area the flickering stopped.
Along with the blur line, the shadow transition from lower quality to higher quality literally 10centimeters in front of my character in most of the outside zones. Mind you, "most of the outside zones", not "all of the outside zones", which means its perfectly fixable.
However, seeing as the blur line issue is in STO as well which runs on pretty much same engine (minus the dynamic shadows) I doubt Cryptic will do much about it.
