Problem with Foundry : Character Creation Failed

Hello, i have a problem with the foundry...can't try it!
Like a title, when i try to go in foundry i have this error: CHARACTER CREATION FAILED, and my account was log-out from the game. I have 4/5 slot with character and try to use the foundry when my dwarf guardian liv. 21 is selected....an opinion of that:confused:

    I try all day yesterday, this morning and today: same error.
    I know the min.lv. for the foundry is 15, is disabled in this BW3?

    I have the same issue, and honestly this is a big thing drawing me to the game and I honestly wanted to check it out
