Connection problems while in game.

Firstly, i want to make clear, i downloaded, patched and can log in fine. I get into the game and im trying to hand in this quest in a town. I start walking forward, i can see people running around me. Then randomly get teleported back to where i was. It is really annoying. When i get the NPC quest vendor, there is no "?" on his head, and i cant talk to him. Its like the game doesn't know im moving, because i get AFK messages after a while even though i'm moving...? Ive tried sending bug reports and messages to GM but i get this message:
"Error": Timeout waiting for response from server.
Im level 4, and i created 2 characters who got to this point then randomly gets stuck and cant progress.
Anyone facing the same problem? hopefully a dev will see this and help out a fellow gamer

When I zone into an area, if this bug occurs, I can see people moving around, but to everyone else I am a "ghost", I am not online on friends, I cant see chat (though I can see people nearby that take damage or gets healed), and I have no way of "reconnecting".
When this happened the first time, it happened to both my characters after the same instance, but after the server reboot, I could continue to play, but then it happened again after a few hours and now my character is suffering from the exact same problem.
I tried doing Safe start, Force Verify etc etc in the launcher, nothing works.
* I see people, not npcs, people moving around and casting **** normally. They behavior is not lagged out, as far as I can tell.
* I can move around in the city, Eventually when I venture far enough, I stop seing NPCs and players, and eventually I get ported back to my original position.
* Chat doesnt work.
* Game treats me as if Im afk, had afk message in chat, then a 10 min popup telling me that at 15 I would get logged out. Then an actuall logout at 15, while I was moving in the city spamming ****.
* Stamina doesnt get consumed. I keep Shift-moving on all the bugged toons, and I recall it did get consumed normally when the game worked.
*th afk notification to confirm that the game is not getting my movement inputs, despite me moving around in the city (and sometimes getting rubbernaded to where I started when I logged in)
* I dont see a timer when logging off.
All of those point that the game either doesn't get the inputs of my actions, or thinks im not online altogether.
either, in this state, the game is UNPLAYABLE, literally, you cannot progress, cannot move away, cannot do ANYTHING. This is sad.
I hope we can get a fix soon.
