Hello.

When i click the Support button i get this error or similar with every browser when I'm logged in with THIS account.

I nailed down the problem that it's a common problem with those accounts which have Merged with Cryptic accounts.

Any planned fix for it?

Also:

Since i can't access the support page, i know i can open a ticket at customerservice@perfectworld.com

I did got a reply from Support... But how can i reply to their reply? Just make a Reply e-mail directly from their response?
