Purchasing Extra Character Slots

I just tried to do this, but on the "my wallet" part of my account, it will only transfer the Zen to the Neverwinter server. I'm on the Dragon one. Help?

    Ok, so I just had to login with one character, buy the extra slots with him, then re-login. Cool.
