Hello and thank you for contacting customer support!

We are aware of an issue that is causing players to be unable to log in presently.

Our combined awesome during the Crash the Shard event has caused a bit of a hiccup- our Engineers are working on bringing this back up shortly.

We appreciate your patience and understanding! Please note that if you logged in during the Crash the Shard event, you will receive a Pirate Hat at launch.

    i've already replied to one newly created thread right before this one was to let them know others like it exsist already so working on thining out the herd there for all of us

    I hope it comes up soon, I literally managed to make sure I had nothing else to do today except NWO.

    Launcher now says performing maintenance until 3:50pm PDT, 6:50pm EDT.

    Same, though I stopped short of adult nappies; my bathroom is only a few meters from my computer ;)

    Which is good, cause it shows they are trying to make sure their servers can handle all of our awesome.
