Founder pack items

I got the mail in game on the first character i made and opened the box got the item opened it and got... nothing.. but this item in the screenshot i included. What is this? where are the other items i was promised with the guardian pack?

    Not all of the items (companion and mount for example) are available yet in the beta weekend testing. They will be coming in later from what the developers have said (either open beta or launch).

    oh ok , i did somehow get the 600k astral diamonds on my previous toon which i deleted, can someone help me remember how to claim those again? an item claims window perhaps?

    Seems this is a one time thing and if you delete your diamond carrying toon you lose them.. be wary of this

    Ah, okay not all the stuff is available. (Lack of reading comprehension FTL), however It doesn't seem my account has the AD, or the forum title as well. It shows on my account that I made the purchase and have the email receipt. Any ideas?
