Launcher giving a "cryptic error oops" error on login

My fiance and I both have beta keys and we put in our login name and password and hit the red login button it immediately pops up a white box that says cryptic error oops and is asking to submit and error ticket basically, please help! The launcher crashes and goes nowhere on us, we cannot get in at all. It does not even seem to be checking for a new version or anything.

We just downloaded the game right now so we should have the newest version.

    This was the problem, teamviewer causing the error. Disable teamviewer from your task tray and it works fine.

    Good day. I have a problem. Cryptic error: Oops! ID 26574127
    1. I'm reinstall new Windows 7 32bit.
    2. Install Explorer 9, java, flesh
    3. Off - windows firewall
    4. Motherbord gigabyte motherboard GA-H61M-DS2, Silicon Power 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz (SP004GBLTU160V02), CPU G2020

    But always gives an error.
    I do not know what else to try.
    Help me.

    I have noticed this error always appears when I click in the options (patching, On-demand patching)

    I just started today, didn't even get into it, after the cryptic screen, it goes black and i can't see anything but the mouse. When I go to options and check anything and press save, "Oops, Cryptic error!" It's so annoying, never even got to play the game.

    Same problem, and no teamviewer or teamspeak or anything else installed.

    Is there a way to solve it?

    Same here.
    Can't log in. Cryptic Error...
    Nothing changed in my pc since yesterday.

    Ok, i had to install ARC software, on the main page, and i got the client patched. Now i can log in.

    I just started today, and got lvl 5, now, after I choose my char, it crashes during the loadind... I cant play.

    I'm a bit late to the party and I know nobody will respond to this, but I just got the game and downloaded the launcher, no problems. From then on, I have been plagued with issues. During download, it has given me the "Oops, Cryptic application has crashed message". I finally managed to get it downloaded and now whenever it gets to the CRYPTIC screen, it givens me the same error and the game crashes. I do not know what to do...
