Polls: Golden letters on a white background...No thanks!

So is anyone else's vision strained by this? The yellow letters on a white surface? Why was this chosen as a default option? It's incredibly annoying to have to lean in close to decipher the poll options. Is there a colorblind version? Is everyone else not somewhat annoyed by this?

Or am I just being a pretend old man and complaining about things nobody else cares about...?

Edit: Went ahead and added a poll due to multiple requests.

    Yea I agree really hate the poll questions because of this myself. I normally have to highlight the polls to see them.

    I'm annoyed that it's yellow text on a white background. Having to highlight the text is a solution but just changing the colors would be better!
    Open the Launcher. Click Options near the top. Check Disable on-demand patching. This will download another couple of gigs.

    well someone start a thread about this and include a "Poll"
    do you like color of the letter in the polls, yes or no.

    then maybe a nice mod will merge the threads!
    TaDaa! this thread would then have a poll.

    i would do it, but, frankly, i don't know how to start a Poll... :D

    The theme of NW did not correctly apply to that part. You can however use tags like
    [noparse]
    option
    [/noparse]

    You will have to use the tag with each choice though.

    yes, if you clap loud enough, an angel gets it's wings, then it will change the polls color coding.

    Yeah... I'm actually kind of surprised we're stuck with this color scheme/skin, seems an easy thing to fix.

    Polls being yellow would be fine if it was DARK yellow.


    As it is I want to find the person who came up with this degin of polls and make them read war and peace in the poll colours, btw once done he/she will have to do a test and get a 90% pass rate or they have to restart from step one. Maybe this would put an end to stupid colour schemes.

    I guess that was the guy who coded the default poll settings, as that the only guy I can think of who would vote no or its a troll.

    BTW if you click it you get who voted what turns out its syberghost.

    I can confirm that it isn't. It's been shown that the more intelligence you have, generally the less children (if any) you will produce. The breeders are those that have little clue, or any of the reasonable sense of doom thinkers likely have (so aren't worried about those silly things like global stability etc), and in their happy obliviousness are covering the earth with their spawn :eek: More of them about = more frequent breeding of the lower intelligences, making those the norm.
