There is this 994MB patch

I just recently installed and patched NW some days after BW2 (obviously I haven't able to participate on that). I opened the launcher today for no reason and I found my launcher downloading 994MB patch. What is this patch? Have anyone else notice this?

    Didnt they post any patch notes?

    Haven't seen one, maybe I'm not good at searching or it didn't really had one. That's why I open this thread at the first place.

    I know then its starts patching :P, But i wanna know where you can read up all the changes they made with this patch
