Mission to defeat Rhazzad bugged, can't complete

Hey all, I've been working on this tonight and just saw the message that the beta is ending in 15 minutes, so I can't bug it in-game. :(

Anyway... The mission to defeat Rhazzad is bugged (The Plague Tower). There is a point where you are in some caves and come across Linkletter after he's been plagued by Rhazzad. In theory, the cutscene happens when you presumably run into the room. Being a solo warrior, though, I used my Mark class power to draw him out into the cave hallway BEFORE the cutscene, and I defeated him there. After I defeated him, I went into the room, saw the cutscene, but my mission text is still to defeat Linkletter. I continued on up the tower, all the way to defeating Rhazzad. After I defeated Rhazzad, the mission wouldn't complete, and I still have "Defeat Linkletter" as my mission.

I've attached a jpg screenshot with the UI clearly showing me at the top of the tower (that's my companion behind me) and with the mission of Defeat Linkletter. It won't let me go back down the stairwell to where I defeated Linkletter, or else I'd show you his still pulsing-with-blue-light body defeated in the cave hallway.

This mission bugged for me as well. I came back again the next day and it worked though.

    Couple of more notes.

I was able to log out and log back in, and I'm still stuck at the top of the tower with no way out. I can't go back down the stairs, because there's now an invisible floor that keeps you from going back down. There's no exit from the top of the tower, I suspect that it appears after the mission registers complete. Rhazzad is defeated, but the mission indicator still says that my mission is to defeat Linkletter, which I've done.

This is a real show-stopper, as any character that gets stuck in this situation is irrevocably stuck until a GM intervenes. I tried /stuck and it didn't do anything. I didn't have a chance to try /killme before the server shut down and I got disconnected.

As a side note, when I logged back in, the following was echoed on the System channel: "To recover the Crown of Neverwinter you'll need to fight your way to the top of the Tower of Solace, right at the heart of the Spellplague Burst!" I think that the first part of that text actually refers to one of the first missions in the game in which you have to recover the Crown of Neverwinter for Sergeant Knox. The last part sounds okay, but that might be confusing to a player logging in.

Edit: Regarding the post above, that might work. I'm guessing that the map server keeps mission maps active for a while after someone logs off in case they log back in, so it can put them in the same mission? If so, then when the map is destroyed to reclaim the resources dedicated to it, that might reset the mission and allow you to complete it.

I personally would suggest that he just be made untargetable until the cutscene plays, or place him further back so players have to get close enough to trigger the cutscene before they're in range to attack him.

I had an issue last night on this mission too, i teamed up with another warrior to take down the wizard, she died literally seconds before i delivered the the final blow and when he went down she respawned downstairs under the barrier and i was stuck at the top. Surely once he is dead the barrier should lift allowing anyone who died mid battle to get back up? The game also wouldnt let me use the portal because it wanted all of the team members to be there before it would work. We literally had to disband, let me warp through and then she was finally able to get up the tower and collect her item. I know its not game breaking but it is a pretty silly bug.
What do you mean I'm not kind? Just not your kind!

This is still and issue for the Second Beta weekend. I am stuck in the top of the tower because the shield on the floor is still there. There is also a chest here that will not activate.

I was able to go back and redo the quest over again and the cutscenes all triggered without a hitch. There was definitely a problem with the first time with the Plaguechanged Linkletter. The cutscene didn't trigger and there was no explaination of the hole underground...But on second playthrough it worked.

I've had exactly the same problem, but am stuck on the second Open Secret Door objective. Can't get downstairs, Rhazzy is dead and the chest is unopenable. I'm guessing there's a problem with the triggers in this quest specifically?

Also finding the support.perfectworld.com website is borked, as when trying to report this bug/look up my tickets, the login link causes a "too many redirect" error, and the page doesn't load.

I didn't finish it yesterday (playing it right before the end of beta). For me the game crashed with an "unexpected error". Restarted it and second time there wasn't any problem(here I noticed the crash happened right before the first cutscene (blowing tower)). But this time crashed when I tried to interact the door down to the sever.

I don't really know it is related to this quest, but these two game crashes were all I had through the whole weekend.
