Guardians of Neverwinter pack (didn't recieve all the items)

I noticed during the game play that I didn't get the armored horse mount, the direwolf comanpanion, the gold moonstone regalia mask, or the robe of useless items.

    Not all of the items were available in the first beta weekend. This was the same for everyone.

    i have this understanding that all the items will be available in open beta (or normal play).

    therefore, are we going to receive the items closed beta, and another time in open beta (and eventually, since no wipe in open beta, release?)..

    please clear this out. thanks

    They say on the website what Items would be available during the beta and it was only the title, bag and gems. I am pretty sure they will be wiping all of the beta characters before actual launch or this would be the first beta I have ever done that carried them over into the actual launch of the game.

    Cryptic has not officially committed to a closed beta wipe, though it is highly likely there will be one.

    I suspect the after the final closed beta weekend, Neverwinter will shut down for a brief period and then "launch" into open beta. Since it is a free-to-play game, calling it open beta is a bit arbitrary, particularly since it seems the game will be treated as live and never wiped again at that point. I think the headstart access, for example, will be for open beta.

    Alright, I was a little confused about it, because in one thread I thought they mentioned that everything would be accessed once you launched the game. But I'm glad to know at least it wasn't only me lol.

    I also didn't get the DIREWOLF and the Mount and maybe the items you mentioned, I wish they would specify that on web.

    I got only astral diamonds, hope that they will fix that until release the game :P

    The small bag and the title can be found at a "founder" merchant, near Sgt Knox. It is not marked on the map, so keep your eye's open.

    I own the big (200,-) pack and I only received: bag, 750000 diamonds and nothing more! No Mount, no minion, no founder title and so on...........:(

    I also only recieved the astral Diamonds didnt get my title in game or anything.
