Constant black-screens

Every time I've been playing the game's screen goes black, the music and sounds keeps playing on repeat, but I get no error message or anything. It's been happening during instances, which can become a problem: During the tutorial all my characters crashed in the instance with the bridge, and when I logged back in, I was unable to re-enter the instance.

    Happened seconds after log in this time. Doesn't seem to change depending on area, programs on in the background, graphical settings, or anything.

    Are your graphic drivers up to date? What graphics chip do you have? Can you play other 3D games without issues?

    I have a blur line going through my screen when I play.

    This happened to me once in another game (cant remember which). The issue was that the resolution in game was different than my desktop. Ensure they have the same values. Also ensure your video card drivers are up to date as stated above.

    These problems occur when your video card overheats. For some reason this game really make those card hot! So put a fan or some ice on it!
