Patching Issue

Whenever I download Neverwinter from the Perfect World site the game is fine. When I finish downloading the game and installing it, the game it fine. After I launch the Game Launcher, where you have to login, the download bar says patching than my computer crashes to a blue screen. Please help I really want to play in this Beta Weekend.

    No BSOD here, but it's been stuck on "Patching..." for awhile now, which it did last night as well before I quit and went to bed.

    In the window next to the patching bar, it shows the following info, which hasn't moved in awhile:
    Patched 116.2MB / 183MB
    Received 881KB - 63%
