Founders pack issue

i bought the 60 dollar pack and have yet to receive my items in game is this a bug or do we not get them until launch

    Theres a founders vendor, only some items are available and its possible none of yours for the pack you bought is.

    Neverwinter Beta - Which Founder's Pack items will you receive during Beta?
    Here is information on what you will receive when you log in to play Neverwinter Beta:

    Hero of the North Founder's Pack purchasers
    Access to all three Beta Weekends
    Headstart Access - Get headstart access to Neverwinter. Start playing 5 days before everyone else when the game launches.
    Beta Weekend Friend Invite - Invite a friend to a single Beta Weekend Event
    "Founder's" Title in Game
    "Hero of the North" Title on forums
    Moonstone Regular - Access to Moonstone Mask’s VIP lounge
    VIP Game Access - When loads are high, jump to the head of the queue and get priority log-in access.
    Small Bag of Holding per character
    750,000 Astral Diamonds once per account
    3 Extra Character Slots (5 total slots)


    Guardian of Neverwinter purchasers
    Access to all three Beta Weekends
    Headstart Access - Get headstart access to Neverwinter. Start playing 3 days before everyone else when the game launches.
    "Founder's" Title in Game
    "Guardian of Neverwinter" Title on forums
    125,000 Astral Diamonds once per account
    1 Extra Character Slot (3 total slots)

    I only purchased the $20.00 kit, but I haven't received those items in-game yet either.

    I even checked the expensive pack vendor in-game, just in case that was where one was supposed to get the items...

    No luck.

    I purchased the 60$ founders pack and haven't even received an email to join the beta weekend!

    I have the same issue, i get the alert saying i have mail, i go to the courier and he has nothing for me, it worked during the last beta test for some reason its not working now. A few others in zone chat mentioned they are having the issue too, seems some of the people who where in the first weekend are now having problems.

    There is a Founder's pack vendor in town were you can get your items - at launch. Currently the only items available are the astral diamonds and the Founder's title, but the title is broken and can't be used.

    There's a founder vendor near the Hall of Justice... I believe the only item you can get is the Bag atm.

    Your Astral Diamonds can also be claimed by clicking on the icon next to the Zen shop icon on the top middle bar.

    If you use some of your Astral Diamonds during the closed betas, will it be reset to the original number when the game is launched? (If the characters are wiped, that would make sense)
